The Automotive Careers program offers a curriculum certified
by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation
(NATEF) This four-year program prepares students for entry
level employment in the automotive service industry and/or
post-secondary education. The program includes the theory
and hands-on applications of automotive repair and maintenance.
Students benefit from training in state-of-the-art centers
equipped by Davies business partners such as DuPont, CARQUEST,
Hunter Engineering, Ford, and others.
Davies is a member high school in the Ford ASSET (Automotive
Student Service Educational Training) Program which trains
and certifies students for employment in Ford/Mercury and
other automotive dealerships. Davies students may also earn
certificates in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair and
DuPont paint technologies.
