Davies Hospitality Careers program features the ProStart curriculum, which was developed and certified by the National Restaurant Association. This two-year program prepares students for entry level employment and/or post-secondary education in the food service and hospitality industry. Hospitality students learn the fundamentals of food preparation, customer relations, management skills, table service, purchasing, and food sanitation.
Davies fully equipped training kitchen and bakery allow students to apply the theory they learn to actual food preparation. Most students achieve ProStart Certification.
