The Woodworking/Cabinetmaking program prepares students for
entry level employment in the construction/woodworking industry
and/or post-secondary education. The 3-year curriculum includes
the theory and application of residential construction, cabinetmaking,
architectural woodworking, shop and on-the-job safety, and
use of equipment and tools of the trade.
Students apply their skills in two labs equipped with current
machines and technology, including a wide variety of hand
and power tools and equipment, CNC router, CAD computer stations,
planers, joiners, radial arm saws, sanders, and spray equipment.
