HVAC Temperature Controls/Building Automation Systems
inControl, Inc., Southern New England's premier independent building automation, construction, and service organization, is seeking a qualified and experienced controls installer/service technician. You must be self-motivated, able to work independently and be quality conscious. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, commissioning, servicing automatic temperature control systems, be computer literate, and have a good knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical wiring methods. The candidate should also have excellent listening and customer relationship skills. Schneider Electric/Andover Controls experience, and a knowledge of computer networking and TCP/IP skills a plus.

Plant Manager Position
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include the overall maintenance and repair of factory machines and building's equipment.
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of production staff.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.Experience:
- Candidate will train with existing plant/maintenance supervisor for approximately 6 months before taking over the position.-
- Candidate must have good mechanical aptitude and some experience with manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics and other related facets of injection machinery.
- Proven experience in plant management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plant operations.
- Experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
