Parent-Teacher Conferences: Thursday, March 5th (6-8pm)

Dear Davies Families:

Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for next Thursday, March 5th from 6pm to 8pm. This is an in-person event where you can sit with your child's teacher or counselor to discuss your child's progress. With the 4th quarter of the school year rapidly approaching, this is an excellent time to hear directly from your child's teacher or counselor about the actions your child can take to ensure the '25-'26 school year is/remains a success.

Appointments are necessary and can be scheduled via Skyward. By scheduling an appointment your child's teacher or counselor can be fully prepared to meet. Click here for Skyward instructions to create individual 5-minute appointments. Please make all appointments no later than next Wednesday, March 4th.

Take note that is wise to avoid scheduling back-to-back appointments (e.g. 6:15 and then 6:20)....Davies is a large facility and travel time between classrooms should be accounted for when scheduling appointments. Please also consider documenting your confirmed appointments on paper for reference beyond Skyward.

On the same evening beginning at 5:30pm, there will also be an opportunity to meet with members of the Davies Board of Trustees, as well as hear a presentation on our school's academic achievements. The presentation will be held in our cafeteria.

Reminder: Parent-Teacher Conferences are tomorrow evening, Thursday, March 5th from 6-8pm. There will also be a short presentation on school accomplishments and goals in our cafeteria beginning at 5:30pm. Come a little early, meet the team, and learn more about Davies before your appointments. We're looking forward to welcoming you!

You can still register for teacher appointments through Skyward until tomorrow morning at 7:00am. When booking, please account for travel across the building to avoid back-to-back appointment times if possible.
