PrepareRI Ambassador Cohort Monthly Webinar Series

 

PrepareRI Ambassadors are a select group of education leaders who use their expertise, knowledge, and connections to advance PrepareRI’s goal of building college and career pathways for all Rhode Island youth by creating toolkits, serving as policy advisors, and by serving as public spokespeople for specific facets of the PrepareRI initiative. The PrepareRI team is excited to introduce 12 Ambassadors as part of the 2020-2021 Cohort. These Ambassadors have diverse backgrounds, and may be currently working as a superintendent, district administrator, principal, school administrator, teacher, college professor or administrator, community leader, parent or any other position related to youth career pathways.

 

As part of this work, the PrepareRI Ambassador Team is excited to announce the launch of monthly themed webinars, intended to increase awareness about the amazing opportunities available to best support students’ college and career pathways. Please find a list of monthly webinar topics below:

 

· March: School Counseling (March 24 from 5 – 6 p.m.)

· April: All Course Network

· May: Saving Money in College with PrepareRI

· June: Work-Based Learning

· July: PrepareRI Alums – Where are they now?
