We’re proud to share that the following students represented Davies in the Annual Rhode Island Seafood Cook-Off:

Held at the Tides Café at the Warwick Area Career & Technical Center, this event brought together talented culinary students from Davies, East Providence, Warwick, and Westerly to highlight the importance of using local and sustainable seafood. Each team was challenged to create a unique dish featuring locally sourced scup—a true test of creativity, skill, and flavor.

Our students worked hard to prepare and present their original recipes to guests and judges, proudly showcasing the excellence of the Davies Hospitality program.
