Davies ProStart Students Connect with Alumni Leader in Rhode Island’s Hospitality Scene

Dariella shared her inspiring journey from high school culinary student to industry leader, offering insights into the challenges and rewards of a career in hospitality. Her story highlighted the impact of the ProStart program and the doors it can open for dedicated students.

During the visit, students toured the restaurant's kitchen and dining areas, gaining firsthand knowledge of high-volume restaurant operations. They also enjoyed a meal, experiencing the flavors and service standards that define Fogo de Chão.

This experience underscored the value of mentorship and the strong network of Davies alumni in Rhode Island's hospitality industry. It served as a powerful reminder that our students can achieve remarkable success in their future careers with passion and perseverance.
