Meet Fatmata Gueye Our Davies SkillsUSA Chapter Parliamentarian

Her role: As Parliamentarian, she is responsible for ensuring meetings follow proper parliamentary procedure. She advises officers and members on rules of order, helps maintain fairness during discussions and voting, and assists with upholding the chapter’s bylaws. Her role overall helps keep meetings organized, respectful, and efficient.

Her SkillsUSA Experience: 

She has been in SkillsUSA for about three years and competed last year at the state level for SkillsUSA.  She has been working to strengthen organization within the Davies SkillsUSA Chapter to help ensure our activities run smoothly.

Fatmata: One thing I  want students to know about SkillsUSA is that it is invaluable at building life skills because the confidence students will gain and the experience in the community that you will build is something that will stick with you for life.
