Meet Maya Delgado Our Davies SkillsUSA Chapter Reporter

Her role: As one of the two reporters, Maya takes pictures of our chapters events and activities, as well as makes all of the social media posts and flyers to be printed and posted around the school to get events out to the public.

Her SkillsUSA Experience: She has been in SkillsUSA for two years going on to her third. She competed in the Promotional Bulletin Board in those two years, winning bronze her first year and gold her second year. Winning gold allowed her to compete at this past year's NLSC in Atlanta, Georgia. 

What has been your best memory in SkillsUSA so far and why? 
Maya: My best memory in SkillsUSA so far has been going to NLSC last year. This allowed me to travel to somewhere new and gave me opportunities to meet new people across the country and see the work of others who earned the ability to go to NSLC.
