The Davies community proudly celebrates the incredible achievements of our students who were recognized during the National Honor Society Induction and Senior Hood Ceremony on May 21, 2026. These exceptional individuals continue to embody the four core pillars of the National Honor Society: scholarship, character, leadership, and service. At Davies, these students maintain an outstanding GPA of 3.75 or above and continuously exceed their required 25 hours of community service.

Honoring Our Graduating Seniors

We extend our deepest congratulations and appreciation to our graduating seniors. We thank our outgoing 2025-2026 NHS Executive Officers—President Fatmata Gueye, Vice President Nogaye Gaye, Secretary Arianne Charles, Treasurer Lucia Betancur, Parliamentarian Elisbeth Aguocha, and Historian Kaylyn Woods—for their stellar leadership over the past year.

• Elisbeth Aguocha – Emory University for Neuroscience and Behavioral Sciences on the Pre-Med track, recipient of over $100,000 in grants and scholarships.
• Destiney Barbosa – Columbia University for Electrical Engineering, recipient of the Gates Last Dollar Scholarship and a full-tuition scholarship.
• Lorena Brown – Clark University for Political Science, recipient of the Clark University Merit Scholarship.
• Oceanna Cummins – University of Rhode Island for Elementary Education, recipient of the Presidential and Rhode Island Promise Scholarship.
• Dulcelene de Pina – University of Rhode Island for Biomedical Engineering, recipient of the URI Presidential Scholarship.
• Juliana Depina – University of Rhode Island for Nursing.
• Nogaye Gaye – Rhode Island College for Nursing in the Honors Program, recipient of the RIC Honors Scholarship.
• Abigail Grullon – University of Rhode Island for Pre-Veterinary Medicine, recipient of the Presidential Scholarship and two additional scholarships totaling over $27,000.
• Isabella Johnson – Community College of Rhode Island for Neuroscience.
• Miley Lopes – Worcester Polytechnic Institute for Biology/Biotechnology, recipient of a Biotechnology Scholarship.
• Alecia Mendes – University of Rhode Island for Nursing, recipient of the Talent Development award.
• Maija Nascimento – Community College of Rhode Island for Radiology.
• Allyson O'Regan – University of Maine at Fort Kent for Nursing, recipient of the Bengal Gold Scholarship.
• Audrey Rolfe – Roger Williams University for Engineering in the Honors Program.
• Tyra Shode – Northeastern University for Nursing, recipient of the Ujima Global Leaders Scholarship.
• Brianna Silva – Roger Williams University for International Relations.
