Poster for the Youth H.E.A.R.T Project HEALTH FAIR offering free health screenings and education for RI Youth ages 5-18.

Come learn more about your health at Youth H.E.A.R.T’s free community health event on August 18 from 1:00 PM–6:00 PM at United Way of Rhode Island in Providence. Stop by for free blood pressure and blood glucose screenings, helpful health information, and connections to local community resources. All students and families are welcome!
